While having the police chase, Trouble Maker tries to throw street cones, stopping the policecar. Then he appears messing up and disturbing the traffic, leaving the cars stopped, causing the police to be called and start chasing him. While they laugh at what happened, the police follow and they run, but they end up falling in a place for not reading the signs, being caught by the police. Second, they take down the warning sign, causing a car to get stuck in a pothole.
First, two vehicles almost collide after the direction plates are swapped. Together with the Wolf, they decide to swap the plates for fun to see what would happen. Later he appears with more individuality, first blocking traffic for fun and almost running over an elderly gentleman.
His first appearance was helping Wolf after he stole a candy from a child, serving as a vehicle for him, but is stopped by the police.
